Description:

This heat oil test chamber is designed for thermal shock and low-temperature testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in process control applications. It alternates between two independent fluid baths—a hot oil chamber (RT+40°C to 260°C) and a cold oil chamber (20-25°C)—to create rapid temperature cycling. Driven by a Sanyo stepper motor and precision module, the system operates with low vibration and noise. A touchscreen color LCD provides intuitive control, allowing users to set cycle times and perform tests according to various standards. The chamber accommodates PCBs up to 350mm x 210mm. Three models (B-OL-01/02/03) offer different tray sizes and power ratings (15-21KW). Optional connection to a low-temperature test system enables extended low-temperature evaluation.
